Highly dependent upon it, the problems we solve for our customers and the value we ultimately deliver to them sits on innovation as a foundation. However, so often we can’t get out of our own way and let it flourish. Old ways of thinking, silos and lack of effective collaboration are often as harmful as hanging on to outdated processes and management styles. These and other barriers from the perspective time spent in the telecommunications industry will be discussed along with an open follow up discussion.
