As AI & Emerging Tech Enablement Manager at C Spire, she leads initiatives that drive AI adoption, governance, workforce enablement, and operational transformation across the enterprise. She currently serves as AI & Emerging Tech Enablement Manager at C Spire.

With a background spanning project leadership, business transformation, process improvement, and enterprise technology, Jana specializes in helping teams use AI to work smarter, move faster, and make better decisions. Her work focuses on integrating AI into real-world business processes, enabling organizations to augment project management, automate routine tasks, improve collaboration, identify risks earlier, and accelerate delivery.
