Speaker Bio:
Nikol Jones started her career as a bank collector — which, she'll tell you, is excellent training for getting people to do things they don't want to do on a deadline with persistence.
That foundation led to 16 years at Regions Bank managing some of the most complex transformation and M&A integration programs in the organization, then a move into telecommunications and technology at C Spire, where she now leads the enterprise Project Management Center of Excellence.
Nikol's work lives at the intersection of strategy and execution — the messy middle where plans meet reality. With over 25 years of experience in project management. She builds the structure, clarity, and accountability that allow teams to actually deliver — not just manage activity. She's a Six Sigma Green Belt, a PMI practitioner, and a firm believer that sustainable results come from aligned leadership, transparency, and disciplined follow-through.
When she's not untangling organizational complexity, she's watching true crime shows with her 3 labs who usually try to derail the investigation.
