Speaker Bio:
Kaysha L. Flowers, PMP, is a Program Director leading a large enterprise IT transformation initiative at Ergon Inc. She part of a Governance team that oversees enterprise program delivery across internal teams, contractors, and operational stakeholders while focusing on governance, organizational alignment, and business readiness within a complex enterprise environment.
Kaysha holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Belhaven University. With experience leading large-scale technology and business transformation efforts, Kaysha brings a practical, operations-focused perspective to program leadership. Her work emphasizes authentic leadership, sustainable execution, stakeholder engagement, and the organizational realities that often determine whether enterprise initiatives succeed or fail.
