We manage projects for our jobs everyday; do we apply are skills to our personal projects as well? This presentation will cover the multiple areas of our lives that vie for our attention, time, and resources. This presentation will discuss ways to use our project management skills to help us to be more successful in achieving our personal goals. This session will also allow time for discussion of the experiences of the attendees, so that we can learn from each other.
Objectives: At the end of this presentation attendees will be able to:
- Apply PM skills to personal projects
- Discuss the various aspects of our lives and how project management relates to those aspects
- Relate our experiences with others to learn ways to improve our project outcomes.
