March 2022 Online Chapter Meeting
Practical Hacks for Better (Goal) Outcomes
Just like New Year's resolutions - many organizations turn to goal-setting with renewed energy early in the calendar year. But while goal-setting may be straight-forward - Program managers can find it challenging to create real alignment and accountability in complex, dynamic project teams.
Evan will talk briefly about the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) process - and introduce some specific behavioral approaches to help create more alignment and accountability in practice - once the goals are set.
At the end of the session, Project/ Program Managers who practice these behaviors regularly will create greater useful insight sooner on project challenges, deepen relationships and commitment, and foster better collaboration in service of project outcomes.
