Erik will present a methodical approach that can be applied to any number of projects but is particularly timely given today’s work environment. We will be walking through the steps from building a cross-functional team to successfully launching this program. Although focused on the healthcare industry, the key considerations discussed (technology, security, resources, etc.) apply to all organizations.
