Synopsis -We recently set up a new project management organization in Distribution from scratch – this presentation is a compilation of some lessons learned from that process.
Bio - Graduate of Louisiana State University, 1983 (BS ME), 1986 (MS ME), Veteran US Navy Submarine Force (86-91), 28 years with Entergy (Nuclear, Transmission, Facilities, Distribution), Currently, Manager, Distribution Project Management (Arkansas, Mississippi and North Louisiana service areas) Licensed Professional Engineer, PMP. 10 years as Deputy Sheriff (Tangipahoa Parish, LA and Hinds County, MS) Married, 2 adult children, 1 son-in-law, 1 grand dog. Resides in Terry, MS.
