Synopsis - This presentation will focus on HR's role in setting and supporting strategy through initiatives that drive organizational performance and productivity through people, process, and technology. The role of HR in organizations is no longer managing transactions; it's role is to transform the operating model of today into the model for the future. Understanding the workplace and implementing new technology solutions may be putting the cart before the horse. Leading HR initiatives for today start with imagining the workplace of the future in a way that seeks to strengthen, and maybe even rebuild, the structure to support sustainability, growth and expansion, and competitiveness.
