Synopsis:November is All Things ERP month at your PMI Central Mississippi Chapter. For our dinner meeting this month, we will host a forum on ERP (enterprise resource planning). Are you implementing an ERP system, considering changing systems, managing your projects through an integrated ERP system currently, or have you previously implemented an ERP? The forum will feature experts from Sierra-Cedar, Inc, one of the largest independent North American IT services companies, project managers and stakeholders currently implementing Workday for a $1.6b organization, and YOU. Requirements management, stakeholder engagement, staffing, complexity, change management, co-located project teams, and All Things ERP are on the agenda!
