Shirley's presentation is focused on Leadership and is titled "Project Management - The Hand We're Dealt (Dealing with Difficult Team Members).  Many times as Project Managers, we have little to say in the people assigned to form our teams. She will discuss workable strategies for PMs, when one or more difficult people are assigned to our projects.  Individuals who are Project Managers, Resource Managers, as well as those working on project teams will find this topic enlightening and insightful.  Come join us!   We look forward to seeing you at the meeting.
