Mr. George C. Hoff, Jr. will discuss organizational change management (OCM) and why a communication plan matters, not just for projects, but for the organization.    The presentation is based on Mr. Hoff's experience with applying OCM throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and discuss where the plan fits within the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), what matters when developing a plan, and close with participants having the opportunity to ask questions and provide examples from their own backgrounds and experiences.
