A retired Nuclear Submarine Officer and Iraqi Freedom veteran, with over 13 years of experience supporting commercial nuclear and utility projects. He has worked for Bechtel, Worley-Parson, Duke Energy, and Entergy, as a Project Manager, Manager of Engineering, and Manager of Projects. He has lead projects of all sizes up to mega projects of over $100 million. Currently manages the engineering for all Entergy Nuclear projects over $20 million. Scott has a BS in Physics from Georgia Southern and a Master of Engineering Management from Old Dominion. He is also had his PMI PM certification since 2017. He is married to Belinda and has two children and four grandchildren. He enjoys reading and traveling.
